Fiber Instrument Sales Inc. (FIS) was established in 1985, has been focused on servicing the telecommunication fiber optic industry for over 35 years. Privately held by owner Frank Giotto, FIS is located on a campus of 16 acres and is the crown jewel of Giotto Enterprises which encompasses several other manufacturing companies including Molding Solutions Inc, Fermer Precision, Force Guided Relays, Oriskany Arms, FIS BLUE and The Light Connection (TLC). Headquartered in upstate New York, in the historic town of Oriskany, FIS employs over 250 people and is a recognized USA manufacturer in the fiber optic industry, producing fiber optic cable, cross-connects and interconnects, cable assemblies, test equipment, fiber management pole and pedestal management centers and other fiber optic related components.
